Imperfect me
How can I be perfect for you when all you see is the worst? Every mistake, every ache, every discomfort; yet you say you love me but I haven't felt like I have been loved by your words. Your words are like two-edged swords ready to pierce the heart it loves, ready to see it bleed as it watches in dismay. Saddled emotions with no one to share the colors of pain with, yet bagged in a sack mixed with love, pain, tears, and regret. Carried on the shoulder of anger, thundered like a crazy storm, really to rain heavily, with fierce wind pulling down trees and buildings. Ready to let go, ready to do me but how can I say no, no to pain, no to tears, and no to you when my heart says yes?
