I'm Not Turning Back
I stand where I am, unwavering and strong No stepping back, no retreat, no wrong Thunderstorms may rage, dilemmas may test Tears may fall, but I'll face them with every breath For flowers need little showers to grow And from adversity, strength will show I'm not turning back, inch by inch it's a win A step forward, a triumph within I'll swim in every ocean, deep and wide Climb every mountain, where peaks reside Through trials and tribulations, I'll find my way With faith guiding me, come what may No turning back, for I've come too far The journey's mine, with scars and stars Every step forward, a victory cry I'll rise above, I won't deny My heart beats strong, my spirit unbroken I'll face the unknown, unspoken For every challenge, I'll find a way And emerge stronger, come dawn's ray I'm not turning back, no retreat in sight I'll press onward, through the dark of night For in the light, my dreams await And I'll claim them, no hesitation, no debate.
