IM NOT PERFECT

I'm not perfect, I'll freely admit I stumble and fall, but I never quit I'm trying to be better every day To rise above and find my own way I have flaws and I have made mistakes But I learn from them, for my own sake I strive to be kind, to be compassionate To see the good in every circumstance I know I'm not perfect, but I'll never stop Trying to improve, to reach the top To be the best version of myself I can be To spread love and light, to set myself free So here's to progress, to growth and change To embracing imperfections, to rearrange To becoming the person I'm meant to be To living a life that is truly free I may not be perfect, but that's okay I'll keep on trying, day by day To be better, to do better, to shine bright To live my truth with all my might.
