I'm not feeling the pain today

I'm not feeling the pain today I guess I'm feeling sorta okay It's not a happy, it's not a numb But a feeling that I don't have to succumb I'm feeling hopeful, I'm feeling drawn To everything nature has to adorn The future ain't pretty, neither the past But I'm open to what the present has I don't feel stuck which is a change And I feel my life in rearrange I can take control while I'm here To ensure happiness is near The world isn't perfect, and neither am i But at least I am here not saying goodbye I'm feeling present, not as much fear And I know my future is near I'm not feeling the pain today At least I know that I am okay
