I'm Crying.....!!
I’m crying — not like thunder, loud and wild, But like an old temple bell at dusk, soft and mild. The sound stays hidden in my chest, A storm in silence, a heart unrest. Tears walk slowly down my face, Like pilgrims searching for their place. Each drop carries a story untold, Of words swallowed and courage sold. I smile by habit, speak by role, But tonight the truth escapes my soul. Even the moon looks down and sighs, Reading the salt from tired eyes. Yet listen — even rain feeds the grain, Even loss can season pain. Roots grow deeper where storms have been, Broken branches still turn green. So I cry — and let it be, A river washing the dust from me. For dawn has a faithful, ancient art, It always rebuilds the shattered heart.
