I'm a big guy now
It taught me to be silent before I could even speak. Silence was better than opening wounds. Since the beginning, I have had to lay low, bend my head, and listen. I taught me to run when I couldn't even crawl. I had to take steps to achieve this. It taught me to solve problems before finding the value of x. It taught me to fight even when the knife was lying on my wrist. . So I'm a big guy now... My wings were broken before I could fly. It taught me to balance my emotions before I could balance the budget. It taught me I could be a doctor because I would heal my heart. Some bodies are covered by tattoos, but mine are embraced by scars. It taught me to be an adult. Believe me, I'm not childish; I just want to play outside, but I had to grow up. There was no better playground than my head, which went back and forth. I had to keep fighting my thoughts.
