ignoring the sea
My mum's like a dove, Shining from above She lights the way, Like a summers sun on a morning day She's nice and kind But she always speaks her mind She's honest and reaches for happiness She puts up with my crazyness She helps me reach my desires Even if she can't put out the fires I'm suffering from grief And I tell her she's a thief She took my childhood Now I'm stuck in the wild woods Crying fountains of tears In a lagoon as they smear I shiver at the thought of depression I always tell them them I my expectation My true feelings are buried inside All the damage is already applied I want to live in a fantasy But I feel like am abandoned sea Waiting as the captain of the ocean While I continue to hide my emotion I'm on a train to sad town And my head spinning round and round I need a special potion I need more lotion To look good and pretty But I can never please the city After every motion I take Just mistakes the more I make I might do to mars Or fly to the stars I try and cover my scars Maybe I should use a bat and end this now Maybe there's another way I need to find how I just want to eat some tarts But I'm stuck behind these thick bars Do I have to be mean? is that what your going to make of me? fine but don't expect to be free I'm going to make you wish you never met me and you will regret ever ignoring the sea
