ignored
Amidst the bustling crowd, I stand alone, A mere shadow in a world that spins fast, My voice unheard, my presence scarcely known, Invisible, like a memory of the past. I reach out, but my touch falls on deaf ears, No one sees the fire that burns within, My words dissipate like unshed tears, Lost in the void, where silence has been. But still, I find solace in the night sky, Where stars twinkle in their quiet grace, In their gentle glow, I find my reply, A reminder that I too have a place. Though I may be overlooked and ignored, In my own light, I find strength restored.
