If there is a hero among us...

If there was a hero among us, let him come now and save the day. Let him fly in like an everyday superman and fight for the way. Daydreamer with his chin up,.he held his head up because he knew he was a king, and he wrote bars, like kingdoms of castles that could coast past the isle of stars in the sky. He didn't lie, he was too scared to say his truth so I wrote about him, when he was up on stage he read his prose like casting out my woes into the forever, and knew.  I Knew then he would be the one to save the day. He would be the one to save the world in a beautiful poetry kind of way. If there is a hero among us, stand up now. Leave the crowd, write it down, and save us from them lingering darkness like you do. He was a poet, writing fantasy and universe all in the same lines, like fine wine I could dine on every feature and metaphor.  He was wrote like God must have sent him, he wrote like promise would forever keep him, he wrote like hope was a form of light. If there is a hero among us, come to the stage right now..
