If my heart could speak
It could tremble through the silence I keep Spilling out all the secrets I'm too scared to speak Of wounds so deep for words to know All the pain I couldn't seem to show If my heart could speak it wouldn't whisper soft It would lift the pain in my heart inside a quite loft It would express how it breaks through silent ways In all it's darkest places counting the hurt across the days It would ask why love feels so incomplete Playing all the pain and sorrow on repeat Why forever fades into a sadly goodbye Which often makes us to easily cry It would echo the pain I never dared to show Slowly letting my loved one go
