If I Could Write A Poem
If I could write a poem, it would be with style and grace. In verbal brush strokes so refined, my words would find their place. My thoughts would bloom and grow in a measured rhythmic way, Flowing like a mountain stream in nature's fine display. No struggling hot frustration; a wondrous warm embrace. An alchemy of language formed at an easy pace. My ink would dance and turn to form an image on the page. Creating such bright visions of my art in every age. I'd create smooth transitions and harmony of thought. There would be no thoughtless passion, just the peace my soul has sought. If I could write a poem, it would be a garden of delight. All my words would be perfection, if I could get them right.
