If I could turn back time
I wish I could go back to that one fragile, golden moment when the world stood still and everything felt whole. If only I could freeze the clock, hold back the hands of fate, pause the breath between our words, and let that silence bloom eternal. I’d stop the clock just before it all began to fade, before life scattered us like pages torn from a book we never finished. I’d stop right there in that heartbeat where everything felt right and build a home in the hush of that second, where no goodbye ever follows hello. If time were kind, I’d stay there, in that breath of yesterday where nothing was broken, and everything still felt like forever.
