If He Is Father,
You cannot call Him Father if you won’t let Him raise you. A father corrects. A father guides. A father says no when no is protection. But we want the comfort without the correction. The blessing without the building. The promise without the process. And when life bends differently than we imagined, we question His goodness as if goodness means getting our way. But a good Father doesn’t spoil, He shapes. He sees further than our feelings. He guards what we cannot see. He withholds what would harm and gives what will grow us. Maybe the issue is not whether He is good. Maybe it is whether we trust Him enough to lead us.
