I'd call you monsoon
I'd call you monsoon, but you came too late and left so soon. I have memories of you at night, while I wake up smashed at noon. Our story is as perfect as the moon, but the thought of losing you too is like I'm rolling down an endless dune. Your eyes sparkle bright when you speak to me, I've played this game before but with you, I feel this soo differently. My heart has been lost or locked, but it seems like you might just be the key. The drops of rain couldn't distract me, cause it's your eyes that's got a hold of me. I'd often put my rage on the throttle and feel calm again, but this time I'd rather not choose the throttle just your name again. I lost myself as a poet with all these thoughts hidden in my den, with you it's amazing and I don't feel like ever putting down this pen. So I'll still take my time to not see you soon. The rain drops on my face while I'm with you just feels like a boon. I hate the muck cause it creeps me out in the month of June. I know I don't like it, but I think I'm falling for you and monsoon.
