Iambic Gaytameter
Let shine our light of beauty Entrust thine soul to carry And beckon heart to prosper On open fields of rose. Your love a gentle candle On wind as light as eagles To soar the hills above us And burn the flames of lust. To call my name so softly Breathe solace deep surrender And swiftly set our beating To mark tomorrow morn. Sweet lips are strings of tender And lick the moonlight yonder To open hands pray search for Your body cling to hold. To closeness ache my longing Lay shadowed husks long haunted To shame submit our passions And right a faithless wrong. Our bodies run to stillness And silent cries of rapture Encase me tides of comfort Tonight we breathe as one.
