I Wonder

I wonder what our lives would be like If we were still together If we were still living out our "forever". I wonder what it'd be like If you never left And kept your promise. If you were the same guy I met Years ago And didn't turn out to be like every other guy In this Horrible Generation. I wonder if we would have made it I wonder if we would have gotten married And lived out our "forever" together Like we planned. I wonder how different our lives would be If we were still together. But now I'm stuck with having to wonder How things could've turned out If you never left.
