i was wrong.
as the moon controls the tide and the wave controls the tsunami you controlled me every little thing i do is poisoned by your existence like paper crumpled after a bad poem and as the stars perfectly align and the kiss happens at just the right time you waited for everything to line up and for me to become naive enough to have credence in your stupid little lies and as the oven can grow hot enough to burn something frozen you made my blood boil with your nonsense arguments about stupid little things i did which i rue everyday your existence makes me believe that no knight can slay no siren can manipulate no dragon's flame can burn and no princess can find true love but as the rainy, grey sky can form a rainbow i was saved by a bright beam of light bulging from the outer fabric of the heavens but really it was a demon from the flaming underworld coming back to haunt me after the unrepairable damage you did to me as you were travelling incognito back into my life you tricked me so badly i truly thought an angel would save me from you it's like a neon sign with the word "correct!" illuminated in bright, blood red i was wrong.
