I USED TO WORSHIP HER
walking down a narrow corridor my heart in my feet , I hear cries of bells excited with song , the way the melody speaks , it rattles my chest , I could find solace in its fine tune , a young daffodil pursed against the bosom of a seasoned nymph , i cherish the rhythm of her tender shift her gaze upon my conscious, yet anxious gait , soothes me , her dainty experienced hands reach out and clasp at my tension , holding my confusion with her heart, and I am falling under her spell , the sweet cherries I inhale on her skin , threaten to claw at my flesh , she's testing me , I must pass this course , before she leaves me hungry and hoarse she looks over her shoulder at me , daring me to pursue her , in a past life I might have drawn this woman , a vision of my own addiction, those heels of hers , hearing them assault the floor beneath us , the sounds makes me feel a ravenous hunger, I dare , I break here I lay , pinned against her fiery truth , my soul quakes in its own form , these tears burn my face , the salt is sweet she whispers to me , who is she , this mistress of embers in this starry night , she sinks her teeth into me and all at once I submit , I plea
