I thought it was love

I thought it was love it was just game I thought he loved me it was just plaything I thought I was making sacrifices It was just my wishful thinking I thought I could change him it was my mind deceiving me I thought i was expressing my deepest feelings it was just a joke to him I thought they were promises it was only my illusion but now I know my worth I am no one's game I Will never shrink my self to fit into some else lie again
