I suppose
I suppose you look at me, the way i look at you. Your gaze lays on me, carefully As mine touches you too. I suppose my words confuse you Tangle you, Unstable as the air. When all i do is wait the day, seeing you everywhere. I suppose I should, I suppose I could, Tell you all that's on my mind. But to take that step I'll have to leave Our friendship doors behind. I'll open up a new one, What it contains, who knows? But I'll step in with your trustful heart, As you stole mine, i suppose.
