I Hope You’ll Never Know
The things I’ve seen Were brutal and mean The things I’ve gone through Were not easy to do I’ve been told some don’t survive It stings like putting your hand in a beehive It makes me feel like I’m a mistake But my future is something I need to make I shouldn’t have to feel like dying But when I tell people they feel like sighing Tell me to get over it It’ll get worse bit by bit I hope you’ll never know the pain of life Because once I did I grabbed that knife Trauma does not go easy It can make you queasy
