I hated the dark
funny how I used to be scared of everything scared of the monsters on my bed the dark mostly I hated when my mom would leave the room leaving me and pitch Black now it's what I do I get home turn off all the lights and stay in bed with only my phone light not having to deal with the troubles of the day or talk to people you just stay away a simple place for me to be in my room not asleep but hidden in the dark hidden with simplicity I love it when I was younger I hated being lonely I hated being by myself and I hated the dark now I crave it it's what I need I don't like being around people that surround me the dark hides me away from the Sun away from the shame that I've become hide the way the mistakes hides away the pain the tears that roll down my face the dark is a secluded place maybe not for you but for me it's a treasury and I just want to keep it want to be in the dark with only my phone screen not leaving my room for anything now that sounds a miracle to me
