I HAD TO LET GO

Everyday felt like an empty dream without you by my side, with you there was always an alignment from within Time would tell but had no answers to the rising questions within my soul, a failing dream was better than a lifetime spent without happiness. Beyond the lonely nights there lies a heart broken beneath, hoping for a rising sun that never showed up, hoping for a life that would have been but as well as regretting wholeheartedly. Despite the beautiful memories shared there are still reasons to why it is more peaceful than having you by my side, and now it's clearly showing that we were never meant to be.
