I Feel Healed...

I heard our song from a distance today, and I just smiled, remembering the good times we had together. The places we visited, hands we held, risks we took, pains we shared, plans we made, every promise and all the love we gave. Then it occurred to me that I’ve healed. I used to cry anytime anything related to us popped into my mind. But here I was, singing along like it was just a song... like it was never our song. I’m glad, because I love this feeling. I don’t want to fight it off because it’s so peaceful. Everything disappeared when I stopped paying attention. Wordsella.
