I don't feel like myself

I don't feel like myself; it’s my body. I feel my soul is somewhere else. I know everything around me. my mind isn’t convinced. I feel every heart beat emotionally I am not present nor am I feeling anything at all. I don't feel like myself. I look around. I grab my ear buds & place them in my ears. I sometimes find who I feel deep inside when music finds where I am. lost within the fog. I know my sence of peace is in reach. meanwhile I keep finding ways to occupy myself doing things, I've done in routine. then again. I don't feel like myself. I don't feel like myself.
