I cant sleep and I don't know

The wispers in my head keep me awake They tell me everything I have done wrong And all the memories keep coming back so strong They keep me caged inside my brain Let me thinking I'm going insane I can't sleep at night I'm scared to dream, scared I never wake up That the light never comes and it stays dark So I stay awake untill the morning light Hoping the whispers do not win the fight
