I AM ENOUGH

Life is very unfair Imagine being a young african woman Fighting for survival in all ways possible Having faced rejection from people i trust Both friends and family Leaving my heart to bleed Like a running river With no where to run to Im just a young lady full of life Do i really have to face rejection Where should i run to Where should i hide my face to And burst into tears Who will i lean on But what's keeps me moving on Is just one thing For i know the plans i have for you declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. These words encourages Me. To keep on moving No matter the obstacles i may face In day to day life Because in him i trust And there will always be the light At the end of the tunnel At the end of the day I keep telling My self that I AM ENOUGH
