how to trust

how do i trust when i worry i ask and he reassures me by saying "trust me" but how do i trust when everyone seems untrustworthy. but he says trust me but if i do and it hurts then its hard to trust again and if i dont then it drives a wedge then there is no trust and a relationship is nothing about trust but i don't have trust
