how do I say goodbye
So much unsaid, time's fleeting dance, The day you left, lost to chance. A piece of me, with you, did part, A void within my beating heart. How to farewell, when years entwine? You gave my life a spark, a shine. Goodbye's a word too harsh, too cold, For a bond that's worth more than gold. Yet here I stand, amidst the strife, Seeking closure in this life. In whispers soft, I'll let you go, With memories that forever glow.
