How a Learner should be 101
Lately, I've been too exhausted trying to live up to my people's expectations. I agonize every night over what I ought and shouldn't have done, fearing that these people have created the worst version of me, for I, in my mind, have harbored certainties that I have disillusioned them. These train of thoughts persisted until I reflected alone in my room, reclining on a duvet, staring into an empty space. In my mind, I was thinking, do I even owe those guys anything, who haven't made much of a difference in my life? Most people don't ever deserve the energy that I give. Let alone are they worthy of me giving them a great impression. I realized that I don't have to make them feel that I am someone who is worthy of treir time. Because the right people will naturally gravitate towards me without me asking for it And why would I see myself, in the eyes of the people, who don't even know me as much as I know myself?
