hope
In the still of the night, my heart feels heavy, Eyes wet with tears, my soul is not ready. Darkness surrounds, I feel lost and weak, Yet deep in my heart, it's Your mercy I seek. With every pain, a whisper of hope I hear, For I know, O Allah, that You are always near. Trials are many, and my spirit seems frail, But I remember Your promise: "With hardship, ease will prevail." My prayers rise like the scent of rain, In sujood, I pour out my sorrow and pain. Though the storm rages and my world feels small, I trust in Your wisdom, the Knower of all. Tears may fall, but they cleanse my soul, For in Your mercy, I seek to be whole. Patience is bitter, yet the reward is sweet, In every hardship, Your wisdom I meet. So I bow to You, and with tears I plea, "Ya Allah, in Your hands is my decree." Through every trial, I stand with this creed, For You are enough, and in You, I'm freed.
