Hope.
From dawn till dusk, she wore a smile so bright, Hiding the tears that fell in the lonely night. Days filled with laughter, a facade so grand, But inside, her heart was sinking like sand. As the sun set and darkness drew near, The smile faded, replaced by a silent tear. Stress wrapped around her like a suffocating shroud, Depression weighed heavy, like a menacing cloud. Anxiety gnawed at her soul day and night, Turning joy into a bitter fight. Her once vibrant spirit now weighed down with care, She longed for the light, but it seemed so rare. In the midst of the chaos, she held on tight, Braving the storm with all her might. Though the smile may falter, the heart may ache, She knew deep down, she was not a mistake. For in the darkness, a glimmer of hope did shine, A reminder that the sun would eventually climb. And though the days were filled with sorrow and pain, Through it all, she knew she had the strength to reign. So when the smile fades, and the tears begin to fall, She holds onto faith, standing tall. For in the depths of despair, she finds her light, A beacon of hope shining ever so bright.
