highschool
a boy asked about me today but not in a civil or in a kind way he asked about my body, my relations with my friends he spilled relentless rumors that I wish would come to end. They say highschool is easy but I don't think that's true I feel like nobody sees me until it's convenient to you. So you talk about my body, you talk about my hair to start rumors about me and I'll act like I don't care they say highschool is easy cause I have nothing to lose they say the social ranking is something that you don't chose when I finally make it home I love to be alone do you remember that expression about the sticks and stones? how they can hurt but words don't? I know now that that's not true because even though words can't leave a bruise they still leave a mark and a trail of the abuse the pain that you caused me can't be shown on my skin but I can still feel it when I hear those words again. they say highschool is easy but we know that's not true even though you caused me pain I don't know what you're going through I wish I could help because I know how bad it hurts and I know that highschool only makes things worse.
