Hidden Meadow
The crow flies nimbly through the gloom His feathered wings will bring the dawn His shadow cast by light of moon And two dark eyes survey the nawn But with him falls a sense of doom That never once will be forgotten It bathes the land in woe and ruin And begins the process of cessation But when the rising sun brings light That glimmer navy on his feathers That cut through murky fog with might That resurrects and brightens weather The thoughts then find it safe to roam Just to be caught by graceful black The rest run right back to their home The Sun's fingers cross behind it's back So then the sun sinks right back down The fog resettles with the moon The crow is dormant once again The life replenished by the gloom His fog is given by the clouds Which open up to cry their rain Which fills the streams and shrouds the dirt And seeps through plumage black as space He plucks his feathers one by one Ignoring all the pent up pain Fragments of him are here and there Scattered by the pouring rain He will travel with the stars Withdrawn, twisted feelings died The feign of peace, contentment lied The meadows endless pain inside
