Hibernating butterfly

I once felt a butterfly in my heart it fluttered in my chest for months I heard he felt the same motion so I took a step and yelled in his direction we took a picture and text for weeks but I couldn't advance in my messages and stop our communication I wonder why I killed my own butterlfy But now he has butterflies for someone else and I haven't felt a flutter since I wonder if I killed my chance with someone I would spend my life with or if my butterfly is just in hibernation -Kenzie C.
