Her Anthem
When did she learned to grow, she realized Now that she has reached in this synchronize lane Where no complaints begin with is just insane As much as she did in the past, all is pain But questions pass through her veins Asking her heart or to her brain? As if she is confused, "Am I in the wrong path"? Nonetheless, the lane had proceed long ago To look back is a crime in her mind did echo Deep down choosing the otherwise Is what she wants all along By chance if she could live the past, She would've change the present Quite the reverse, if she could live the future She would denied her existence But still her last word is..... To Survive! Isn't it hypocrisy to be alive Naysayers should think thrice Shall we ask why? But she herself feels in doom That saying nothing is saying it all To be said too much things is void to call That's her Today Anthem By, Joan 9 Feb, 2025
