Held In The Hollow
There are days my heart caves in, when the weight is too much, and I can’t even trust my own strength to carry me one more step. I try to stand, but the ground feels shaky. I try to hold it together, but I’m already unraveling. Then I whisper, Lord, lead me. Not to comfort that fades, not to walls that collapse, but to a Rock higher than me. Because I know I can’t lift myself. I need the place that doesn’t move, the strength that doesn’t run dry, the shelter that doesn’t give way. So when my heart is overwhelmed, I choose to reach upward. And I find You there steady, faithful, unshaken. The Rock that holds when I cannot.
