Heartworm Blues
I fear I find myself a rusted man among flowers and feathers. The grayer I get the louder Birds seem to sing. My host of life has gotten dark and seeped into the crevices of my fragile mind. The white sheets of Innocence have been stained. But those neon groves begin to flutter colors and emotions of which I've forgotten. Those heartworm blues have become a reality.
