Heart's Language

How does this beating heart speak? You'll hear it in the soft whispers in your ears My breath melting all your tiredness and fears As I lovingly embrace you from behind. You'll feel it in the warmth of my touch As I caress you after hours and hours of work; As I pepper sweet kisses all over your face, your cheeks, your jaw, Your lips, which I'll devour until desire takes over your body. You'll read it through my writings, my poems which speak about you and only you You'll find them in post-it notes Scattered around the house to remind you how I love you. The list could go on but then... When this beating heart speaks of love, You'll feel it in everything I do.
