Heartache Feelings

Heartache feelings pound in my chest. The night reflects my feelings. Searching for some rest. In fear and doubt, I lie upon the grass Praying to my Lord, "Will there be peace at last?" One then, many tears fall down my face Eyes drowning in sorrow Feeling God in this place I thought of King David His words to me plea, "My heart is in anguish with in me," I read further Encouraged by his words. "Be strong. Let your heart take courage All who wait for the Lord." The stars look down Delighted by my face To see my tears and shine God's grace
