I release myself from all the things i did when i didn't know better For calling the bear minimum love For accepting less than i deserve For keeping quiet when i should ave spoken up For staying where my heart kept breaking For staying in places that keep hurting me For staying with people i should have avoided For loosing myself to keep others happy I forgive my self for it all I'm learning now I promise to hold my self in high esteem To overrate myself To believe in my self even when nobody does I promise not to let my hold mistakes old me down Yes i made some mistakes but i will not let it define me Do i regret my mistakes ? Course i do But I'm choosing my self now I'm choosing to move forward I'm choosing peace,growth and healing
