*He Humpty Dumpty-ed Me*
_Everyone knows of the Humpty Dumpty song, him sitting on a wall, taking a fall which ended in a failed overhaul...but no ones know of the lies filled hall, that ended in a ditch and so, my great fall. Again and again, I fell. I fell for the cheap talk, fell for it so badly, now I can't talk. Walking is all I did, trekking into the depths of his life. His life that knew no truth, the life that made me take it all in, I thought I was feeling what was true, his life that made me wish for it, the truth. I wish I had let go long ago. I would have felt the joy of the kinder, allowing me be myself, be the same old Belinda. I have known peace to date. I have gathered the whole puzzle, put it together piece by piece, there is surely no debate. Your utterances of love were to break my heart not, but when it began to rain, you left, did you not? Leaving me no shelter, all that was light like a feather became heavy akin waters in a huge delta. Well, it is good we parted ways, that walk in the hall imparted me in many ways, and I will live day by day, living my old lost days.
