He Has Risen!
In dawn's embrace, the stone is rolled away, A Light now breaks upon the silent tomb, Where shadows lingered, hope began to sway, And in that breath, dispelling the darkest gloom. The angels sing, their voices high and clear, Proclaiming life where once there breathed but death, “Fear not,” they say, “for He is ever near, In risen glory, you will find your breath.” With hearts alight, we gather hand in hand, In reverence bound, we lift our songs in prayer, Across the earth, His love, a sacred strand, Uniting all in joy, inviting care. So let us sing, rejoicing to the skies, He has risen, indeed! Our hope, our prize! From Mary's gaze, a tear of joy cascades, As sunlight dances on the morning dew, What once was lost in the dark, now warm parades, In faith renewed, we walk the true path. The lilies bloom, their petals open wide, Mirroring the grace bestowed on man, In every heart, His spirit will abide, Awakening the love that first began. The world may shift, and time may wear us thin, Yet through the storms, our anchor holds so fast, For in His triumph, we find strength within, A promise held, a shadow of the past. So let us sing and dance, our voices soar, He has risen, indeed! Forevermor
