He exists in my mind
I Love to imagine the things life hides, Like a boy that exists in my mind. A boy who sings not to impress the world, But to calm the fear inside this girl. He writes poetry not for the crowd, But to read to me when I'm feeling down. He knows my scars but still calls me whole, He'd love not just my smile but also my soul. But he's not real, not yet, not now. He only comes when my life won't allow. He lives on my every page, in dreams at night, Where I feel safe, where it feels right. I still believe, though the world feels slow, Maybe one day, he'll start to show. Not perfect, not magical but simply true, A boy who feels the same way I do. By Rihana
