Haze
Its me and you And the surroundings shine and are hazy Hazy like faint memories I try to focus White pillars and carpet I remember being close to the carpet Waves splashing at our necks its violent But the feeling surrounding is fuzzy We are sinking we are swimming Blue and blue and shimmer and gray We got past the point of speaking Now we are now just thinking reminiscing A rainbow confuses us by its presents What juxtaposition positioned outside us Poorly preserved vhs I see me and my brother We are dancing we are singing The sun shines and I realize it’s the same one as before The panic dies down the waves relentless I realize the beauty we’re experiencing We are drowning we are dying I can't help but keep smiling My mind is singing me a lullaby and the ocean is cradling me My body feels covered in soft needles in fuzzy ecstasy I feel it in my fingers throughout my entirety Colors around me blur into whites and the water disappears right before me Leaving me in no room and pulling me That of which I go into with no resistance
