Hate Me? - Wait and See.
I bet you hate me, don't you? I spiraled into everything you knew like a fucked up screw. You thought you had it all figured out, and then I drilled right through that and found the doubt. I bet you push against yourself each day. "I want him to go, but I need him to stay." - or does it read the other way? "I need him to go, but I want him to stay." For what you're feeling - I can not say. What I can say, though, is this: You spoke of things you don't want to miss. Growing old with another; not ending up like your mother. I think you know it could be bliss. & when it comes to me, you'll find no other. Ten years now have proven that. Not just for you; thats where I'm at. I know we'd have a lot to do. Impassible mountains to tunnel through. Your walls are up; life's crazy too. Oceans of waves to get to you. I'll do it though - in my fucked up canoe. With a hole in the bottom - bailing water with a shoe. I know you're where I want to be. I want you right there next to me. Today, tomorrow, - eternity. Whether or not that come true; well, that's entirely up to you. the question in this game of clue scrambled about in quite the slew is will you grow right back to me? you've got time. I'll wait and see.
