Hate! 😣

I hate that I'm still being kind to people who showed me their true colors more than once. I hate that I still struggle with people-pleasing. I hate that I'm still stuck in survival mode, flight, fight and freeze mode. I hate that I pretend like I'm okay, when really I'm NOT okay. I hate that I have a big heart. I just hate it all!!
