Hard To Face Reality

Change is never easy  So don't expect it to be  Even if you aren't queasy  Change is stuff you can’t always see Don't hope change will happen  Because your bottling it up Your anger will sharpen  And you will break the cup If you put your expectations too high  You will be disappointed  All you can do is sigh  Because of being disappointed  If you put your hopes too high  You won't get far and Time will pass you by Even just sitting in the sand Don't put too much in Because you won’t get much out Your emotions shouldn’t be hidden But don't just sit and pout
