Hard
Life is hard.Whimpers at night. Walks into the dark, searching for a cure. Life has been hard, will it get better, I am not sure. Life has been hard. I can't remember the last time it was easy. I feel sick, and my stomach is queasy. Life has been hard, swimming in oil, sludgey & greasy If life weren't hard, would I even be living? If life weren't hard, I'd vanish, That's just a given. So I guess the stress is my identity, my securely attached mess. Remnants of sad, dying dreams buried just beneath. They seek to peak. Poking through the cracks. But life is hard, so they recede right back.
