hapiness is medicine

when I laugh with my friends it brightens my day, it helps me cope and gets rid of my gray. little things make my day, hope they dont ever go away, simple beings smiling when walking past hopefully people like that always last. when im happy i forget the bad, and I feel a little less sad. you cant find hapiness it is free, i often find it when I look out at sea. its beautiful blue, ocean splashing in slow motion.
